Petition 3.1 | KJV
I must earnestly pray for the pardon and forgiveness of all my sins.
Lord, I come to thee, as the poor publican that stood afar off and would not so much as lift up his eyes to heaven, but smote upon his breast; and I pray his prayer, God be merciful to me, a sinner: Luke 18:13(KJV) the God of infinite mercy be merciful to me.
O wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin; for I acknowledge my transgressions, and my sin is ever before me. Psalm 51:2-3(KJV) O purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean; wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow; Psalm 51:7(KJV) hide thy face from my sins, and blot out my iniquities. Psalm 51:9(KJV)
Be thou merciful to my unrighteousness, and my sins and my iniquities do thou remember no more. Hebrews 8:12(KJV) O forgive me that great debt. Matthew 18:32(KJV)
Let me be justified freely by thy grace, through the redemption that is in Jesus, Romans 3:24(KJV) from all those things from which I could not be justified by the law of Moses. Acts 13:39(KJV)
O let not my iniquity be my ruin; Ezekiel 18:30(KJV) but let the Lord take away my sin, that I may not die, 2 Samuel 12:13(KJV) not die eternally; that I may not be hurt of the second death. Revelation 2:11(KJV)
Blot out as a cloud my transgressions, and as a thick cloud my sins; for I return unto thee, because thou hast redeemed me. Isaiah 44:22(KJV)
Enter not into judgment with thy servant, O Lord, for in thy sight shall no flesh living be justified. Psalm 143:2(KJV)
Take away all iniquity, and receive me graciously; heal my backslidings, and love me freely; and let thine anger be turned away from me, for in thee the fatherless findeth mercy. Hosea 14:2-4(KJV)
Though my sins have been as scarlet, let them be as white as snow; and though they have been red like crimson, let them be as wool; that being willing and obedient, I may eat the good of the land. Isaiah 1:18-19(KJV)
I will say unto God, Do not condemn me, Job 10:2(KJV) but deliver me from going down to the pit, for thou hast found the ransom. Job 33:24(KJV)
